Hi iam male 40 of age with low sperm count and morfology we have been married for 7 years and my wife didnt get pregnant doctor has suggested tablets of UBI Q 300 and tamoxifen 10 mg plz can u help with this tablets can my count and morfology will improve.

It can help in some cases with mild hypogonadism. Better option would be to repeat the semen analysis and then decide what to do
