last moth my periods date was 24 august but septmber i missed my period.when i test on 29 septmber it was positive sing but i want to cancle this pregency and its is my 1st pregency and i take mifegest kit yesterday.plz tell me is there any problem in my future

This is unlikely to cause future fertility problems. The important thing to note, though, is that these methods are not always 100% effective. You need to take a pregnancy test every week until it is negative to be sure that the pregnancy is gone. But in the case where a D&C is never performed, there should be no effect on future pregnancies or conception.
