Does Terrasil Cream Cure Ulcer Near Ankle?

I have an ulcer next to my ankle it has there for for about 8 weeks the treatments I getting from doctors are not helping. I know is a heredity condition because my Father had it and I had one 25 years ago. My Father is deceased but I know he mixed up an odd liquid either ammonia or bleach and water that cured it in about a week. I have Googled remedies and just found terrasil cream, do you think this will help or do you have any suggestions

Terrasil is helpful in healing certain wounds with provided conditions. Additionally take care of the following:
• Keep the part clean with an antiseptic solution
• Avoid tight-fitting shoes or high heels for females
• Avoid excess moisture of local part as by terry cotton socks
• Keep the leg elevated to over 2 to 3 pillows when resting
• Avoid excess weight bearing till possible
• Nutritious diet to get faster healing
• Avoid smoking and alcohol
• Control of BP, blood sugar, and cholesterol levels
• Keep regular check on size as in form of photograph in mobile or measure of width, length, and maintaining chart of its progress with time.
