Does The Oestrogen Levels Be Abnormally High At The Age Of Puberty And Is Diagnosed For Autism?
My 10 year old son has autism and had blood work recently. His blood work revealed an abnormally high level of estrogen, I believe 195 and his testosterone was in the normal range. Is this what happens in puberty for boys? I couldn t really find anything that would say so for boys.
Hello, Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query. I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through. No. Such rise in estrogen levels is unlikely with boys at 10 years even if he is autistic. He will need a peroper abdominal scan to visualize his adrenals and also a CT scan brain to scan the pituitary gland. Hope I am able to answer your concerns. If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
