1.how much should a urine culture and sensitivity report colony count should be in my report I have got a result as 1,00,000 Cfu/ml 2.what should be on organism growth in my report I have got a result as * non lactose fermenting * TSI-K/NC 3.name of the organism ACINETOBACTER my question? is this report resulting good or bad anything in a sin what kind of treatment i need to take and what is my risk level in this report?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have urinary tract infection. It is cause by bacteria named as acinetobacter. It is generally associated with infection in lung, brain and blood but it can cause urinary tract infection also.
Drugs like cephalosporins, levofloxacin, carbapenam are used in treatment of acinetobacter. Please take course of antibiotics according to sensitivity report.
