Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have urinary tract infection. It is cause by bacteria named as acinetobacter. It is generally associated with infection in lung, brain and blood but it can cause urinary tract infection also. Drugs like cephalosporins, levofloxacin, carbapenam are used in treatment of acinetobacter. Please take course of antibiotics according to sensitivity report. Hope I have answered your question.
