Does The Burn Marks On Arms After Waxing Fade Away?
I got an arm wax done at a beauty salon by a professional before going overseas. Everything seemed to be fine until I noticed patches of my skin turning brown showing burn marks. But they did not hurt. My arms were constantly exposed to the sun. That was over 3 weeks ago. They now look like a birth mark. Do they fade in time?
I think you may be having post inflammatory hypermelanosis. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply kojic acid containing gel at night and sunscreen lotion during day time.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
