Does The Decrease In Alcohol Consumption Brings Down The MCV Level?
My MCV level was 106.3 recently, I know quite high. I had been drinkng 12-15 beers a day and 2-3 shots of whiskey. I'm trying to get way back, but seem to have stalled around 6 beers a day. Will this be enough to bring my MCV level to the 98 range?
