Does The Ejaculation Stop When Withdrawn While Reaching Orgasm?

I was having sex with my girlfriend, and i thought i was going to cum, so i pulled out and then felt around and didn't feel anything on my hand. Then when I got home I finished the job and there was a lot of cum, does that mean i didn't cum when i was with her?

Hi,

Ejaculation happens due to the triggering of brain chemicals and neural impulses. There are 4 phases of arousal in the male starting from sexual excitement, plateau, orgasm and ejaculation and refractory period. If you pulled out when you were going to cum, you were probably in the plateau phase. In a short while, you went in to the orgasm and ejaculation phase. This last phase occurred when your penis was in your pants. It is possible that there was no ejaculation when you were inside her and it took place later. However, even without ejaculation, there can be a little pf pre ejaculatory fluid which can lead to pregnancy even when ejaculation was not there.
