ELISA is more sensitive method for diagnoses of HIV

if u don't have any symptoms that doesn't mean that u r not infected

HIV has very slow progression so in initial years you might not have any symptoms

but with medicines it can be delayed

so consult doctors and start medicines

A single ELISA is not conclusive and hence not recommended. Who had said you were HIV positive 2 years ago? How many tests were conducted ? Had you given consent ? Were you counselled ?I guess none of these happened and that is why you are so confused. My advise , don't go into the business of interpretation of report, leave it to the specialists..I advise you to visit an ICTC (Integrated Counselling and Testing Centre where they will counsel you , take your consent and get your blood retested as per the protocol of the country. This way you will receive correct and scientific information about the disease which will allay your misconceptions and fears,
