Does The Medicines Duphaston And Ecosprin Cause Any Side Effects During Pregnancy?

hello doctor.... i am 7 week pregnant.. my gyane suggest me falllowing tablets.. 1) duphaston 2) isolan SR 3) FOLVITE 4)ASTYMIN FORTE 5) ECOSPRIN 75.... previously i had one misscarage in month of august 13 of 3 months... now i concieved again. so kindly let me know is this medicine are good for me, have any side effects of these?

All the prescribed medications are safe during pregnancy.
-Duphaston is a progesterone and helps maintaining healthy uterine lining during pregnancy. Side effects include upset stomach, nausea and constipation
-Ecospirin 75 mg is used in women with recurrent miscarriages .It helps promoting blood flow through placenta. Side effects include gastritis,upset stomach,bleeding tendencies
-Isolan SR relaxes uterine smooth muscles and help prevent uterine contractions associated with Miscarriage. Side effects include decreased blood pressure, dizziness, worsening of certain eye condition like glaucoma
-Folvite is folic acid and is important for normal spine and brain development of baby. It does not cause side effects
-Astymin forte is also a multivitamin. Not associated with side effects
