Does The Mole On Face Need Medical Attention?
I have a mole (beauty mark) on my face, and it s hard, and when I run across it on one side it feels pretty smooth, but when I rub across it on the other side it feels more raised. Should I have it looked at? I do put make up on over it because it s on my face so it may get clogged maybe..? I m not sure but I have been worrying about it for some time now but have had it since I was. A kid. Should there be any concerns?

This seems like a benign nevus/mole to me.
A long standing mole which has stayed the same way as it always was, is not a worry in terms of malignancy (Melanoma) and is just a cosmetic concern.
Features that indicate that a mole is benign are round/oval shape, has well defined margins, is symmetric (when divided into 2 halves), of uniform color, is asymptomatic and measures
You may get it removed if it is a cosmetic concern, else you may just leave it as it is.
It can be removed easily with a CO 2 Laser.
I would suggest that you seek an appointment with a dermatologist or a laser specialist, if removal is desired for cosmetic reasons.
