Does The Nausea And Delayed Menstrual Cycle Indicates Pregnancy?

Hello. I am having nausea all the time on random occasions. I am also spotting. I havnt had a period in four months but that isnt really that shocking as my period is always irregular. I took a pregnancy test and it said negitive. I am wondering if these are strong symptoms of pregnacy or what else could be mking me nauseas?

if u have irregular period then it is possible that u r suffering from PCOD and so since 4 months u r not having periods so ur pregnancy test is negative.but if u want to be more sure then go for serum HCG LEVEL OR A SCAN.nausea may be due to any other medical problem.
