Does The Removal Of Gall Bladder Worsen The Restless Bowel Syndrome?

This is a follow up question which I would like to have answered by a doctor who is not a surgeon. If I have my gall bladder removed to alleviate classic restless bowel syndrome, what is the down side? I know you cannot put the gall bladder back, so might my symptoms become worse and never be fixable? I have a problem with lipids which shows up in blood tests and sometimes has been quite high. Is that a factor to be considered?

Hello,
1) I would suggest to remove gall bladder only and only if your report indicates presence of stone or other disease within gall bladder
2) restless bowel syndrome produce vague symptoms which range from nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain. Sometimes it present only with mild abdominal pain and it make gall bladder disease as second diagnosis.
3) In this case, confirmation of diagnosis and reason for disease is must.
4) No any organ from body must be removed until disease is proved either due to or within that organ.
