Does The Stressful Job Affects The Baby S Health During Pregnancy?

I am pregnant with my third child in 4 years, work full time in a very stressful job, and am having chronic pain. I have been restricted to an 8 hour work day and a 40 hour work week after having breathing issues for no apparent reason. The problem is, I used to work 60 hours a week at least, and while working less is great, the work still has to get done, so the big huge puke on my desk just keeps getting bigger with no end in sight. Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion both physical and mental stress are not advisable in pregnancy as they cause stress hormones to increase in body which might affect the fetus.So mostly try to avoid stress.Take rest upto 8 hours a day.If its inevitable decrease the working time.Enjoy your work.Meditation or yoga during pregnancy might give relief.
