Does The Sudden Fall Of Sugar Level Good Or Bad?

i am a diabetic patient since last 3 months..1st time it was empty stomach 217 and after meal(2hrs) 362..then i started medication , diet control,and walking 5 kms every morning and last 4 days i have started socked methi water as my drinking water and found my sugar level after meak92hrs) 86 and 84..is this good or bad sign??

Your fasting blood sugar levels are OK. I think what you have mentioned as 84 is your post prandial blood sugar. That's on the lower side.
My suggestion would be
1.Continue on your exercise. It will help you reduce the dose of medications.
2.Be on a healthy diet, concentrate on potion size.
3.Check your sugars and reduce / fine tune medicines with the help of a Diabetologist.
