Im 33yrs old. my last periods was on Aug 8th. Last week Aug 29th, I had a Ultrasound for abdomen pain. which shows Thickened Endometrium measuring 1.2cm (12mm). What is it indicating for. im in the process of having my second baby. Thanks Malathi

The thickened endometrium may be indicative of pregnancy if it is associated with a corpus luteal cyst in one of your ovaries. You can get your HCG levels evaluated to confirm.
