Hi
Since you have already consulted endocrinologist I am sure he is giving treatment for your thyroid problem.
If thyroid function tests are normal with treatment it does not affect conception. It causes problem only when the test results are abnormal.
If I were your doctor I would first do basic tests like hormone test and Fallopian tube patency test for you and semen analysis for your husband to know the cause of infertility and then treat accordingly.

Take one tablet of folic acid daily to protect your baby from certain congenital abnormalities if you conceive.
To increase chances of pregnancy maintain normal BMI, quit smoking( if you are a smoker) and have regular intercourse( at least three times in a week)
