Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Oh. Many medications interact with light and literally LIGHT UP in exposure to UV light. This causes a local sun burn. Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, this is common with a lot of medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Matt Wachsman, Addiction Medicine Specialist
