Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Any infection can disturb the menstrual pattern and lead to irregular cycles. Also, the associated stress, weight changes and medication add to the hormone imbalance. Your current cycle disturbances are due to the illness. Please do not worry, your cycles get corrected as you recover. Please see a specialist for further information. Take care.
