Does Usage Of Clobetasol Help In Curing Vaginal Itching?
I have constant itching around my anus and specifically the area between the vaginal opening and the anus (I forget the name) - once the itching starts it slowly moves to my anus and my vagina. It is so itchy that I scratch myself raw. No amount of showers or baths help. I used to use clobetisol and it would help but I had to always use it to mask whatever it is. Biopsy s have been done twitch to no avail.
Yes, Clobetasol reduces swelling, inflammation & itching but for vaginal itching, you should apply ointments that contain Benzocaine & Clotrimazole vaginal creams.
Take care of your hygiene. Visit ER, get physically examined & get all STD tests done. Vainal Itchings & discomfort are usually due to vaginosis, yeast infections & also due to STD.
Get a screening test done, get treated. Avoid douching, use of condoms, wear cotton clothes, don't scratch.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
