Does Uterus With Multiple Peripherally Located Cysts In Thick Echogenic Strom Anything To Worry ?

i have question my uterus is anteverted normal in size ith homogeneous parenchyma 5.0x3.2x3.0. endometral stripe is sligthly thickened and echogenic measuring 0.76cm. multiple nabothian cysts areseen in the cervix
both ovaries are enlarged w/ multiple peripherally located cysts in thick echogenic strom

Hi, thanks for writing..
It is normal scan of uterus with PCOS in the ovary.. Ovary shows multiple cysts arranged periferally.. If you have irregular periods then PCOS has to be treated.. But if it is just a scan finding, you neednot do anything.. But if you have irregular periods with increased weight gain, weight reduction, metformin and drugs to regularise period is advised..Hope I have answered your query.. good day
