Does Varicocelle Infection In Testicles Hamper Fertility?

I was diagnosed with large varicocelle of the left testes about 3yrs ago the doctor advised that since the pain was tolerable i should take daphlon and cope its but i feel worried because i feel by the time i am ready to father a child i might be infertile,besides,i find it difficult to continue(loss of appetite) with sex after the first round.pls help me.I am 28.

Varicocele is dialted veins draining the testes. It is not an infection. Large varicoceles causing pain and decrease in testicular size (and in turn infertility)needs treatment. Please contact an urologist for treatment.
