Does Ventoline Have Any Side Effects ?
age 43 years ,height five feet and nine inches,suffering from five years weight 58 kg .i am suffering from asthema allergy and using inhalers since five years. does there any side effects of ventoline and clenil inhalers? how long can they be used ?what precausions should be used for their use? recommend diets suitable for asthema patient.

Inhalors are required for control of asthma,Ventorlin is Salbutamol and is safe but excess use may cause tremors and increase heart rate.You have to take reliver inhalor during attacks and regularly take foracort200 ,this is preventor.Also take montair 5 mg regularly.Inhalors You may have to take 6 month to one year.Any diet not suitable to you should be givenup during treatment specially junk spicy food.All the best.

you can use it when emergency is there
precautions
1-avoid dusty surroundings and flower pollens
2-avoid intake of ice cold items
3-avoid the usage of curd,fruits like chickoo,banana,custard apple
4-avoid vegetable like brinjol,collyflower,cabbage,
5-day time sleep should avoid
6-avoid eating food like prawns,crab, broiler chicken,fried fishes and meat
7-always take luke warm water
