Does Very Light Menstrual Discharge With Dizziness And Nausea Indicate Pregnancy?

hi i ve had alot of symptoms that point to pregnancy like headache, back ache, dizziness, nausea, tiredness and weight gain plus it feels like fluttering movements and my periods have been light in colour and only lasted for 4 days not 5. Can you help?

symptoms described by you is present in other conditions also.headache is not common in pregnancy .
as you have light period, would advice you to go for urine for pregnancy test.do it with morning sample of urine.
