Does Vitamin B Complex Control Body Heat And What Should Be Daily Dosage?
Hello Doctor, Due to internal body heat, i get mouth ulcers on a regular basis and this is not resistant to even a pinch of extra spice in the food. one of my friends suggested to take vitamin B complex,I would like to confirm if B complex would really help reduce over body heat ? if so what is the dosage to be taken per day ? Thanks in advance.
Recurrent mouth ulcers indicate intestinal infection with indigestion.
A 5 days' course of metronidazole, along with a Probiotic, such as, Lactobacilli and Vitamin B complex (thrice daily for 2-3 weeks) should give you complete relief.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me and prescribe the advised medicines in appropriate doses.
