Does Vitamin E Help In Treating Severe Leg Pain?

I have lots of leg pains from surgeries i have had on my leg, I need relief so I can get some sleep and walk around house without being in pain, I take a muscle relaxer which helps some, but at night is when i need the relief, will vitamin E help with muscle soreness

Hi,

Vitamin E does not help to relieve pain.

As the first line of management, you can try analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms are severe consult a physician and get evaluated.
