Does Vomiting Dark Color After Stomach Bug While Pregnant Is Something To Worry ?

Hi, I am 5 months pregnant and managed to get the stomach bug from my 2 yr old daughter. Had eaten very little yesterday, so after I had vomited whatever was in my stomach, I was then vomiting a dark colour (black) bile. I thought the colour was a bit strange, can you tell me if this is something to worry about???

If you do not continued the same kind of vomiting and it was just single one then no need to worry, forget the incidence, it is allover, take care and have good day.
