Does Vomiting In Children At Night Needs Medical Attention?
My 6 yo son just woke vomiting. We spent a family day at the movies where he at popcorn, candy and soda. The he had McDonalds chicken nuggets for dinner. Went to bed fine but woke at 3 am vomiting. No fever, and able to keep water down. Is sneezing though, cause for concern or general upste tummy after too much junk food

I can understand your concerns. In my opinion it seems to be a stomach upset due to junk food. At present there is no need to worry. If he vomits again you can give him syrup domstal 5 ml. If he develops diarrhoea or fever then only you need to be concerned.
