Does Weed Make Antibiotics Ineffective?

Hi there,I was recently tested positive for Chlamydia and I started treatment four days ago.The doctor gave me a single dose of antibiotics (4 orange pills to take at once).Last night I smoked some weed (a joint) with a friend of mine and I am just wondering if that will affect the treatment at all?

I do not think that cannabis will have any interaction with the antibiotics. Please o not worry and continue with your treatment.
