Does White Discharge Along With Blood And Cramping Indicate Pregnancy?
Hi:) My boyfriend came in me within the dates that i was ovulating which was on the 8th of may. I ovulate between the 5th through the 10th. A week or 2 later my breast were extremely sore, i was cramping a little and eating excessively. I thought i could be pregnant so i took a test on the 22nd of may and it read negative. I then started my period on the 26th of may and it ended on the 30th, it was normal but shorter than usual, it usually lasts 6 to 7 days, but 3 days later i had a lot of white discharge and red blood spotting and little cramping as well. What does this mean? am I pregnant? I would greatly appreciate your help. thank you:)
The fact that you had your menses at the normal time after the unprotected sex during that cycle proves that you are not pregnant.
It seems during that intercourse, you have contacted some sort of vaginal and/or sexually transmitted infection. From your description I guess, this is likely to be either Trichomonial and/or Yeast infestation of vagina. The former can be treated by metronidazole while antifungal pessaries will give you relief from the later infection. Gonorrhoea is another possibility which needs to be checked for. If present, suitable antibiotics will cure the disease. If ignored and delayed, may lead to infertility also by tubal blocks.
Proper examination of the discharge is required before finalizing the diagnosis before starting any treatment.
Please report to the Gynaecologist for proper internal clinical examination and subsequent treatment.
