Does Your Heart Rate Increase As You Take A Deep Breath ?
Does your heart rate increase as you take a deep breath? (heart problems, help?)? I have a heart condition, undiagnosed by a cardiologist as of now, but my regular doctor has said that my heart is having contractions, or just contracting. almost a year ago, it happened maybe twice a month today it has happened over 15 times, and two of the times were different. they were stronger, and longer, and almost painful. i was out playing soccer. and i have been in bed now for a few hours, but it is still happening. and when i take a deep breath, it seems like my heart rate increases significantly. im worried.

Normally there is decrease in heart beat by 10-15 beats after taking deep breath.
As you experienced increase in heart beat multiple times and something called heart contraction while playing,you must undergo evaluation by cadrdiologist with essential investigations.
You may need HOLTER STUDY,ECG,2DECHO etc.
