Done C-section, Edema Feet, Suggested Stress Test, Baby Heart Rate Dropped, High BP, Mentioned PRESS. Suggestion?

I had a baby by c-section 12 days ago. my pregnancy was perfect no high blood pressure. In my 40th week my feet developed 3+ pitting edema, the doctor ordered a stress test. The baby's heart rate dropped a couple of times during the test, he then decided to do the c-section. The baby is healthy but since then I've had high blood pressure that has caused me to have 3 seizures. The neurologist mention something called PRESS.

Hi, it is called post partum hypertension, some people develops it immediately after delevary, and some may develop after some time.
I advise you to be in touch with the cardiologist, mostly the hypertension comes down after some time, some people if they have tendency of hypertension may have it for ever. Thank you.
