Done TVS And Pelvic Ultrasound. Done Blood Test. Can I Avoid D&C?
I had TVS and pelvic Ultrasound yesterday, endometrium lining is 16 mm. I have been recommended D&C to rule out malignancy . I find D&C under GA too invasive. I have also given blood samples, reports are awaited. Does my blood test report not reveal any malignancy? I want to know whether i can avoid D&C. Is there any way to ascertain that my endometrium is not malignant.

Blood test cannot diagnose endometrail cancer and there is no way out other than D&C to rule out endometrail cancer.
It is very small procedurly done under general anaesthesia will hardly take 15 minutes and you will be back home same day.
