General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Any recent systemic infection during or after cataract operation might give rise to failure of operation may lead loosing vision.
Consult your ophthalmologist and physician to go for extensive medical treatment with local treatment of cream, eye drops and local antibiotic injection to control infection as soon as possible.
She may improve or may not.
Ok and take care.
