Done Embryo Transfer, Embryo Sacs Developed. Done Ultrasound. What Is Going On?

Greetings. My wife had a donor egg embryo transfer mar 21. Three embryos were transferred. A week ago an ultrasound revealed two embry sacs developed. Today we did another u/s and found one hb. Wife is panicking about the other embryo. We are scheduled to go back for another u/s in 7 days. What are they odds we will hear the second hb?

Hi, it is not cumpulsory that both the embryos will grow till viability, in one way it is good for you as yous is an assisted pregnancy, one will be good for maintenance.
ultra sound may not be able to reveal the hidden embryo some times, for that you may need to have 3 dimentional scanning, or M.R.I.for more clear information. Thank you.
