Done Endoscopy. Have Swollen Lip, Bumps. Diagnosed Hoshimotis Thyroiditis. Took IV Decardron, Benadryl, Armor Thyroid, Flagyl
My daughter 40 yrs old just had an endoscopy Tuesday to check previous diagnosis of hiatel hernia & esophogitis. . After her procedure on Tuesday morning her bottom lip was slightly swollen & by that afternoon very swollen. that night her top lip was severely swollen also. I took her to the ER where they gave her IV decadron & Benadryl. The swelling almost instantly went down. The next morning just slightly noticeable on the side of her outer lip. She woke up on Thursday with small bumps in various parts or body going away & showing up in other places. Could she have allergic reaction to something? She has recently been diagnosed with Hoshimotis thyroiditis also & is taking Armor Thyroid daily. Also she took her last Flagyl pill for vaginal infection on Monday.
