Done Semen Analysis. Is The Report Okay?

sir my semen report is volume 2 ml colour whitish-grey consistency viscid reaction alkaline total sperm count 64 million/ml. rapid prograssive motility 60 % sluggish progressive motility 20% abnorman forms 16 % pus cells 8-10/h.p.f. rbc nil epithelial cells 2-3/ h p.f. plz tell me this is ok or not

Hi thanks for your question.
Your Semen analysis report is absolutely normal except for the puss cells, which indicates infection and needs treatment. Rest all parameters that is,count,motility and shape are all within normal limits .

Hello, welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Look, the total sperm count is within normal limit.

Motility is also within normal limit.'

Normal sperms are also of normal percentage.

But, Pus cells and RBCs are increased. It indicates a genitourinary tract infection.

For this, you have to take a good broad spectrum antibiotic like ciprofloxcain.
