Welcome to Health Care Magic and thank you for asking your query.
In my opinion you are having
premature ejaculation and performance
anxiety.
To overcome premature ejaculation I will recommend the following:
1. Make use of artificial lubricant(apply to vagina of your partner and your penis) to reduce the friction during intercourse.
2. Make use of condoms, they reduce the sensation on your penis tip and prevent premature ejaculation.
3. Do deep
breathing exercise during the intercourse. Do it very gently without your partner realizing. Take a deep breath, hold it, count till 5 and then exhale.
4. If you feel overstimulated in the beginning of intercourse, withdraw your penis.
5. Use local
anesthetic sprays, designed to decrease the sensitivity of the penile tip and prevent premature ejaculation.
6. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors can be used for the treatment of premature ejaculation.
To overcome performance anxiety i will recommend you the following:
1. Gradually increase your sexual encounter.
a. 1 st sexual interaction - Goal is NOT to have sex. Engage in foreplay. Communicate this to your partner in a gentle way that this interaction is for foreplay only. This will lift the anxiety from your mind that you have to do sex and penetration.
2. Understand that sex is not only penetration. Set goal to make your partner achieve orgasm and penetration is not necessary for this. This will give you confidence and boost your self esteem. In sexual encounters partners achieve increase self esteem if they can make their partner reach sexual peak.
3. This will satisfy your partner and give you controlled exposure to sexual interactions.
4. Gradually increase your exposure to sex and penetration.
Premature ejaculation is a common problem with men world over. If you can satisfy your partner ( it includes overall sexual experience, not only penetration) 50% and more of the times, it is good enough and not termed premature ejaculation.
I hope you find this helpful.
