hi sir i am 32 yrs old from last 1 years im suffering from melasma however i was treated with different treatment like niltan demelan depiwhite some of the peeling TCS GLYCOLIC KOJIC ACID and my doctor start giving me STEARIC ACID PEEl From past 2 month but there is very slight changes occur i spend more then 25 thousand on it but didnt found any fruitful result kindly suggest me what should i do. im married and i didn t take any ocp. email id YYYY@YYYY
I am a dermatogist who sees numerous patients like you daily. Don't feel disheartened. Treatments given to youu are all very good and invariably lead to improvement. But sometimes they may not give desired results. Other options for you would be microdermabrasion, mesoglow, photofacials, etc.
These treatments work only if you are regular with your day and night creams.
Apply a broad spectrum sunscreen with a SPF of atleast 30 2-3 times a day. Always apply sunscreen as long as there is daylight outside.
