Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

As per your description, you have a good range of motion in both of your knees.

Generally, the stiffness and tightness will settle down with time and it may take around 6-8 weeks normally. After this period, there may not be anything to bother.

Keep walking and continue physiotherapy in the form of stretching and strengthening of the soft tissues.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
