Done Urine Test. Have Burning Urination, Abdominal Pain. Treatment?
Hi, I'm 33 year old male and got my urine test done and the report shows nil for all discription apart from PUS cells which is at 5-6 & EPITHELIAL is at 6-8, kindly advise if this is normal or should I be treated with some medication? I also at times have burning sensation while passing my urine. I also have mild pain towards my left abdomen side. Kindly advise.
Hello user, The findings of PUS cells and Epithelial cells in urine and burning sensation during passing of urine points towards UTI i.e. Urinary Tract Infection, for which you are required to have Antibiotic therapy according to Culture and Sensitivity report of your urine sample.
You are hereby advised to visit nearby clinician to have your antibiotics advised and also to have some urine alkalyser drugs.
Hope my advise helped you. Regards Dr Hari Om Chandrakar MBBS
