Done Urine Work, Showed Leukocytes, Epithelial Cells, Bacteria And Yeast. What Does This Mean?

I have 2. I live in Belize and really can't find any good doctors down here. I had some urine work done 2 times in the last 2 weeks. Week one showed Leucocytes +1, spec. grav. 1.025, ph. 6.0, wbc 24-26, Epith cells, 2+, Bacteria +1, yeast +1. This weeks showed Leucocytes +2, spec. grav. 1.20, ph. 6.0, wbc 5-7 x hpf, Epith. cells +1, mucos +1, Bacteria +1, yeast neg. So what does this mean and what showed I take to clear it up.

hi there, both your urine exams show leucocytes and wbc along with bacteria which are not a normal finding in the urine rest of the findings are not significant and canbe ignored. The leucocytes may be present due to the bacteria and signify bacterial infection or in common terms urinary infection. You will need to get your urine culture and senstivity done to find out if the bacterial found in your urine in pathogenic or not andif yes then you will need to take a course of antibiotics to clear the infection. In the meanwhile you can drink plenty of fluids and keep good hygiene with changing your undergarments frequently and do not withhold the desire to urinate be do urinate frequently and try and keep the bladder empty. Take care.
