Hi Dear

Welcome the platform of Health Care magic.

Post traumatic hematoma has developed, And probabaly it is now infected.

Need to consult orthopeadic surgeon immediately.

He may incise and drain that infected hematoma.

Relevant antibiotic according to culture sensitivity of pus to be used along with some anti inflammmatory drugs.

And thus you will be relieved but some time you have to give to ortho surgeon.

Hope the query is answered.

Thanks
