Hi,

Although without complete data like purpose of taking dexorange, your initial hemoglobin level, any prolonged menstrual bleeding, or other medical illnesses. Ideally dexorange should increase your hemoglobin by 1g/100 ml every 7–10 days and a reticulocyte response within a week. It should be continued for 3 – 6 months to replete iron stores with a normal hemoglobin. Beside, the underlying cause of anemia should be sought out and treated accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
