Dose Smoking Weed Before Gamma Knife Procedure Affect The Health?

I have a 11cm pituitary gland tumor that secrets prolactin, on Thursday I am having the gamma knife procedure, I smoke weed at night before bed for anxiety and stress relievement. Is it safe to smoke before the procedure or after? Its an outpatient procedure. Sedation through an IV I believe, and straight radiation to the tumor. What do you think?

Ok, the operative risk is really small. Marijuana does not affect operative risk directly. If you havee lung reactions to it (triggered asthma attacks) then use of marijuana near surgery is bad.

However I am not sure there is zero effect on the pituitary! It might stimulate gland activity.
