Dropped Heavy Object On Foot. Bruise, Pain, Cold, Tingling Foot. Treatment?
I dropped a heavy object on my foot over a week ago. I'm able to walk on it, but as the day progresses the pain gets worse. No swelling, but did bruise. The pain has actually spread through my foot. Foot is cold, tingling. I can move it, but it feels stiff. My toes that are normally straight are pointing down (2nd & 3rd toes)

IS THERE any swelling ,redness near your ankle or foot
pain aggrivates on walking or only on movement
you should take X RAY foot
take rest , take some analgesic , hot or cold fomentation
avoid weight bearing onfoot
