Dry And Rough Scalp. Applied Mustard Oil, Clonate Lotion. Suggest?

my scalp is very rough, dry and gives excess of dandruff ... i used to apply musturd oil and ayurvedic shampoo .. now doctor has suggested me to apply Kz lotion to wash hair and apply clonate lotion twice a day and no use of musturd oil... also there is Kz soap in the market.... pls doc suggest me am i on the right path

Hi, you are having seborrhiec dermatitis of scalp. Avoid stress, anxiety,excessive sun exposure and travelling.take good sleep. Avoid spicy and oily food. Be positive. And take fluconazole 150 mg twice a
Week 1 monday and thursday for 3 to 4 months ,take short course of steroid .. methyle prednesolone 8 mg thrice a day for 5 days, then twice a day for 5 days, then once a day for 5 days, then one alternate day for 10 days .. in tappering dose .....
Apply steroid with salicylic acid lotion.. Dipsalic lotion daily at night, wash the scalp daily at bath with tar containing shampoo.. Dancare plus shampoo.. I hope you will recover fast. But you follow the advice which i have given for long time.... Ok

SHULD USE OLIVE FOR COOKING
I SUGEST YOU TO APPLY DIPROVATE LOTION AT NIGHT TWICE A WEEK AND WASH IN MORNING WITH KETAHONAZOLE SHAMPOO
FOR SOAP YOU CAN APPLY NIKKO SOAP
