Dry, Flaky, Itchy Patches On Vagina And Thighs. Going To Gym. Remedy?

Hi there!
I have sometimes dry, flaky sometimes itchy , when scratched reddish patches on the top half of my vagina. It doesn't appear all the time, generally when I haven't had a wax for a long time. I have just recently noticed similar things appear on the inner of my thighs close to that region. I got to the gym everyday and don't know if sweating makes it flair up or not. What could this be? how could it be fixed?
