Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic, Hair loss and dryness could be due to the loss of weight and diet. I treat this with vitamin supplements containing biotin, calcium pantothenate and minerals for a duration of atleast 3 months. Biotin rich foods are carrots, almonds, walnut, cucumber, cauliflower, milk and eggs. Eggs also have protein and amino acids required for hair growth. For the dryness you may take fish oil capsules which are rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Continue applying moisturizing cream or lotion twice a day. Hope this helped, Take care.
