Dull Abdominal Pain, Excessive Burps In The Morning, Motions Immediately After Food, Slight Fever And Sluggishness. Remedy?

I have a dull ache all over the abdomen . Lots of Burps. Especially in the early mornings and after eating food. Stool Formation is poor. Immediately after food passing motion occurs. Had a slight fever and sluggishness for a day or two. Medication : Had Ofloxacin and Ornidiazole combination, Pantocid and Nutrolin B-plus The gaseousness is still there. Pain has come down by 80 %.

Hi.
The causes of Dull abdominal pain, excessive burps in the morning, motions immediately after food, slight fever and sluggishness can be an Intestinal infecion or Typhoid or an organic problem like appendicitis.
Since you are getting proper response with Ofloxacin , Ornidazole Pantocid and Nutrolin B , please continue to complete the course.
You may get a cure.
If the problem persists, you may need upper GI endoscopy and Colonoscopy with ultrasonography and other tests of blood , urine and stool.
